Principles of personal data processing
This document provides you with information about your rights regarding the processing and protection of your personal data. This document will be regularly updated. We process your personal data that you provide to us transparently, correctly and in accordance with legal regulations, in particular the GDPR Regulation and the Personal Data Protection Act. Personal data of children (ie persons under 15 years of age) are processed only if the child was first acted by the parent or another representative. As the parent or other representative of the child, you are responsible for ensuring that the provision of information about the child is not contrary to his or her interests and that you inform the child of the processing of personal data by us and his / her rights clearly. We guarantee that we process personal data by standard procedures and technologies. In connection with the processing of personal data, we regularly check for possible weaknesses and evaluate incidents and the application of such security measures as may reasonably be required to prevent unauthorized access to the processed data. We regularly update security measures.

Recipients of data
We have strict rules in place to determine which employee or department can access your personal data and what personal data it can process. In principle, we do not pass on your personal data to third parties, except where we have your consent, are required to do so or are justified by law or our legitimate interest (for example, suppliers or requests from law enforcement, processing and evaluation authorities) traffic, etc.).
In processing the data on website traffic and evaluating our business activities, we use so-called cookies files and systems of the following third parties to process the collected data. Processing time

According to valid legislation (eg Act No. 499/2004 Coll., Act on Archiving and Records Service, Act No. 235/2004 Coll., Act No. 563/1991 Coll. And others) we are obliged to keep documents in time limits and data retention principles. Your personal data will be irrevocably deleted and disposed of after the specified time.
Any personal data that we process solely on the basis of your consent will only be processed until the date of receipt of the written withdrawal of your consent, resp. use of some automated tool on our website (eg unsubscribe news).
Don’t want or can’t give us your information?
You may refuse to provide us with the personal information we require. However, we are unable to provide you with the related service in respect of such information as is necessary for you to provide our services.

Operating protocols

When you visit our website, our servers (like most websites) automatically record requests for our website. These server logs typically contain information about your web request, IP address, browser data, browser language, and request date and time. They may also contain one or more cookies that uniquely identify your browser. Only administrators have access to this information, and this data will never be used for direct identification (to identify technical problems).

Your rights

Right to access data we process about you
You have the right to access data and other related information. However, this shall not affect the rights of third parties. In principle, we will hand over your data to you electronically as a statement after verifying your identity to preserve the protection of other data subjects.

Right to repair

In the event that your information is incorrect, inaccurate, you have the right to request correction. With regard to the purposes for which the data are processed, you have the right to add incomplete data.
Right to be deleted (be forgotten)
You have the right to delete personal data if our processing is unauthorized.
Right to Restrict Processing
You have the right to request a restriction on the processing of your data pursuant to Article 18 of the GDPR.
Right to data portability (only for automated processing)
You have the right to retrieve your personal data that you have provided us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transfer this data to another controller if processing is carried out automatically.

Right to withdraw consent

In cases where we require your consent to process your data, you may at any time withdraw your consent. Revocation of the consent does not affect the processing of your data for as long as it has been validly granted by you, or the processing of your data for other legal reasons, if applicable (eg compliance with legal obligations or for our legitimate interests).

We use Google Analytics

Seznam.cz

Seznam.cz uses a cookie for behavioral advertising targeting. Behavioral advertising consists in displaying advertising on a website depending on the behavior of users on the Internet (the theme of the pages they visit), in order to display only such advertising that could actually interest a particular user. Behavioral advertising works with information that is stored in Cookies web browsers. The data stored in these files is later divided into several characteristic groups (such as AutoMoto, female sites, etc.). It should not happen that a football fan who regularly watch the results of the match will receive an advertisement for ballet courses.

Turn off interest-based ads on desktop devices
The level of protection from cookies can be set in the browser, up to a total blocking of all cookies from the whole Internet. This increases the level of security, but it can also complicate browsing or prevent logging in to certain sites and services.

Turn off interest-based ads on mobile devices

You can change your device settings on your iPhone, iPad, or Android to specify whether you want to see online interest-based ads.
